We ship from our central warehouse, the package will usually be dispatched within a week.However, during holidays or activities, if there are more orders, the delivery time may be longer.
Our ordinary logistics transportation is free of charge. If you want expedited shipping or change to a specific shipping method, you need to pay extra fees.
We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. However, due to inventory, transportation, and matters beyond our control, our statement on the usual shipping time does not guarantee or promise that the product will be shipped on a specific date.
Return and Exchange
Items to be returned or exchanged
Defective product,incorrect product, damaged product during transportation, or if the size does not match.
The return shipping fee shall be paid by the customer.
Not eligible for returns or exchanges
– Products without packaging (in the case of products with packaging)
– Products that have been scratched or soiled by the customer
– Goods purchased in non-replaceable conditions

Refund due to any reason, it will be refunded by bank transfer.
(The transfer will be made within 15 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product.)
If the size does not match or the image is different, or if the product is returned for reasons other than our defect, please do not hesitate to contact us. The amount paid will be refunded after deducting the shipping and handling charges.
